The First Enterprise

To the tune of 'The First Nowel'
'The first Enterprise!'
Star fleet command did say
'This will be the flag ship of the fleet!'
In the stars there now was Kirk,
Spock and McCoy and of course the rest of the crew
So well, bon voyage, aurevour! Were the words
Of star fleet command as the enterprise went far.
Then unwise Klingon’s from afar
Looked up and they saw
Kirk, they ran at warp 9 to get away
because, of Kirk, they were afraid
So well, bon voyage aurevour! Were the words of the Klingon’s
As they ran, back to Qo’nos, they were now gone.
At deep space station K7, the enterprise went,
they met the tribbles, they were every were, in the airing vents
they multiplied by the millions, there in a cargo hold
but tribble’s were no use, for they had no latinum, pressed, gold
So well, bon voyage, aurevour! Were the words of Kirk
After he caught Darvin, the captain now had a great smirk
Let us sing, get the brass band
We thank star fleet command
They gave us the Enterprise
They will give Klingon’s and Romulan’s a surprise
So well, bon voyage, aurevour! Are the words we must not ever sing
If the Enterprise is destroyed there will be much crying.
